HELLO THERE!

I'm Jaime

I’m a podcast producer and business systems partner who helps entrepreneurs simplify the back end of their businesses so everything runs more smoothly.

Most of the business owners I work with are thoughtful, driven people who care about the work they’re putting out into the world. The challenge is that behind every podcast episode, launch, or piece of content there are a lot of moving parts. Systems, technology, organization and communication all have to work together for things to run well.

That’s the part of business I genuinely enjoy. I like figuring out how everything fits together, organizing the process, and helping business owners feel less overwhelmed by the tech and systems behind the scenes.

If you’re curious about the kinds of support I offer, you can explore my services here.

The weekend in Los Angeles where the idea for my business first came to life.

How it all started...

I spent twenty years teaching middle and high school math. I loved helping students work through problems that once felt impossible, but over time I started to feel ready for something new and wondered if there might be other ways to use my skills.

Then came a weekend conference in Los Angeles with a good friend of mine. At one point she said something simple that ended up changing everything. She suggested I might make a great virtual assistant. And to be perfectly honest, it clicked immediately.

I’ve always been organized, comfortable with technology, and I genuinely enjoy helping people. When I got home, I enrolled in a course that happened to start the very next day. Within a month I had my first client, and within five months I was able to leave my job and go all in on my business.

Over time, that work naturally grew into podcast production and business systems support as I started helping more entrepreneurs manage the many moving pieces behind the scenes.

And honestly, I still love the same thing I loved about teaching. Helping people feel supported, organized, and confident in what they’re building.

Some fun facts...

I grew up in the Chicago area, so if you’re a Portillo’s or Lou Malnati’s fan, we’re probably going to get along just fine.

I spent 25 years teaching middle and high school math, so patience and solving complicated problems are kind of my thing.

I live in Mesa, Arizona with my two cats, Rachel and Chandler. Yes, they were named after Friends characters. (Monica was part of the crew too, but she passed away a couple of years ago.)

My desk usually includes my full set of Papermate InkJoy gel pens, a giant jug of water, and at least a few cat-themed knickknacks. Bright pink and purple are my favorite pen colors.

Schitt’s Creek is one of my favorite shows, and I will happily say “Love that journey for me” anytime the situation calls for it.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, taking walks, sending countless reels in rapid succession to my favorite people, visiting my parents who live nearby, hanging out with my cats, and enjoying the sunshine.
